Extremely fine details can be achieved by acid etching your fine line design into brass metal. Each etched area is hand-filled with vibrant enamel color, then baked for a durable finish similar to cloisonne' pins. After the enamel is baked, each pin is plated with gold, silver, bronze, or black nickel.
